Conditions of Entry
This prize draw (the "Promotion") is only open to legal residents of the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. Any employees or agents of either the Promoter, Jet2holidays, Jet2.com Limited, Jet2 plc or any companies within the Jet2 group, and/or any company connected with the production or distribution of this Promotion, as well as any members of their immediate family (e.g., spouse, parent, child, sibling) and persons living in the same household as them, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter this Promotion.
Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Proof of eligibility must be provided upon request. By entering the Promotion, you are deemed to accept and be bound by these promotional Terms and Conditions, and the Jet2holidays Terms and Conditions, available here: 2.1.1 https://www.jet2holidays.com/terms-and-conditions; and 2.1.2 http://www.jet2.com/terms together, the “Jet2holidays Terms and Conditions”.
The Promotion is free to enter, however internet access is required. To enter, entrants must visit dailymail.co.uk/jet2 and submit their full name and email address when prompted.
Only one (1) entry will be accepted per person or email address. Maximum one (1) Prize per person.
The Promotion will start at GMT 00:01 on Saturday, January 24, 2026 and the closing time/date for the Promotion is GMT 23:59 and Sunday, February 1, 2026, inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
Jet2holidays Prize Terms and Conditions
There will be fifty (50) winners of the Promotion. Each winner will win one (1) Jet2holiday voucher to the value of GBP £2,000.00 (each, a “Prize”, together, the “Prizes”). The Prize must be used by the winner on a new Jet2holidays booking, which for the avoidance of doubt, includes standard Jet2holidays, Indulgent Escapes, Jet2Villas, VIBE and/or CityBreaks holidays. It cannot be used on an existing booking.
The winners will be selected in a random draw conducted by a computer process that produces verifiably random results, from all eligible entries, held on Wednesday, February 4, 2026.
The winners will be notified by the Promoter by email within one (1) week of this date and will be given details of how to accept their prize. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winners, but it is the winner’s responsibility to monitor their email address (including spam folder). Failure by the winners to accept the prize in the manner specified within one (1) week of the Promoter's email will make any claim invalid and the Promoter will then select another winner from all remaining eligible entries using the same random process, who will be contacted as above.
This Prize must be redeemed by the winners by Wednesday 1 April 2026, and all travel must be complete by Saturday 31October 2026.
The winners may book more than one (1) holiday using the Prize but if doing so, the holiday bookings must be made at the same time and can total more than the Prize, but the difference in value must be paid at the same time.
Bookings must be made via the Jet2holidays contact centre.
The Prize can be used in conjunction with any money off discount which is automatically applied to bookings on www.jet2holidays.com or the Jet2holidays app (subject to the terms of that promotion) but cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code.
Optional extras may be added at the winner’s own expense. Any optional purchases or supplements are subject to the standard Jet2holidays’ Terms and Conditions. In the event that any holiday booked by a winner with the Prize is cancelled for any reason and where that cancellation would entitle the customer to a refund in line with Jet2holidays’ Terms and Conditions, such a refund will be in the form of the payment method in which the holiday was paid for (which may be a combination of a voucher and cash).
Where any holiday is booked using the Prize, transfers to and from the airport in the UK are not included. No optional flight/board/accommodation supplements are included in the holiday booked using the Prize and these must be paid for by the winner at the time of booking for all the travelling party. Travel insurance is not included. Winners are advised to take out their own insurance.
If the Prize is not redeemed by 1 April 2026, it will be deemed forfeited and Jet2holidays and/or the Promoter reserve the right to award the Prize to another randomly selected entry.
Where the holiday booked using the Prize is equivalent or lower than the value of the voucher, it shall be subject to these promotional Terms and Conditions and the Jet2holidays Terms and Conditions. Such holiday shall not constitute a ‘package’ under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (the “Regulations”) and the Regulations shall not apply, nor shall the applicable provisions of the Jet2holidays Terms and Conditions which relate to the Regulations. Where the holiday booked using the Prize exceeds the value of the voucher it shall be subject to the Jet2holidays Terms and Conditions.
The Prize and any holiday booked using the Prize is subject to availability. Please note, prize flights are limited on the flights operated by Jet2.com and may be unavailable even if there is general availability on a particular flight.
Jet2holidays reserves the right to amend or cancel the flights or the holiday booked using the Prize for any reason and without prior notice (which may include substituting the Prize or any element of the Prize with alternative dates/property/transfers/destinations at any time, to the equivalent Prize value). Please note that the Jet2.com flight schedules are not guaranteed.
The Prize and any holiday booked using the Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The Prize may only be redeemed by the Promotion winners. The winner has no right to request or receive an alternative to the Prize, and the Prize cannot be redeemed for cash or its monetary value, in whole or in part.
If the total cost of the holiday that the winner selects totals less than voucher amount, the winner shall not be entitled to the difference and that additional amount shall be forfeited. If the winner would like to choose a holiday which totals more than the voucher amount, they shall be responsible for paying the difference in cost.
The Prize may only be taken by the Promotion winner along with any accompanying passenger(s) notified to Jet2holidays in the relevant booking. Flights must be taken by all passengers at the same time from the same airport. Once the winner has made their booking this cannot be amended.
All passengers must have a valid passport to travel and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements including any medical/health screening requirements or similar.
Entrants’ details will be used to administer the Promotion. Entrants’ details will be used in accordance with the Jet2holidays privacy policy (see https://www.jet2holidays.com/privacy-policy). When entering the Promotion, entrants will be invited to opt in to receive specific marketing communications from Jet2holidays. If entrants choose to opt in, their details will be retained by Jet2holidays for the limited purpose of marketing (which may include activities such as passing on information about deals, offers and promotion codes from Jet2holidays).
Jet2holidays and the Promoter will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the Promotion or any Prize, or for any loss or damage. Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of Jet2holidays or the Promoter in relation to personal injury or death caused by Jet2holidays negligence or for fraud.
General
For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include travel/transportation, accommodation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these promotional Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.
Gifts, prizes and other promotional items are not transferable, may not be re-sold and are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right in their reasonable discretion to substitute any such gift, prize or item with a gift, prize or item of equal or greater value.
By entering the Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that in the event of a win, their surname and country of residence may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Provided no objection is received from the winners, a winners list will be made available by the Promoter four (4) weeks after the end of the Promotion Period, for a period of eight (8) weeks. To request the winners list, please email competitions@mailnewspapers.co.uk. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.
Entrants agree to provide reasonable cooperation to allow the Promoter to use the name and/or likeness of the winner for advertising and publicity purposes in connection with this Promotion including but not limited to publication of the winner's name and photograph on the Promoter’s websites. In addition, by submitting an entry and in consideration of the Promoter granting a right to enter the Promotion, entrants agree to grant the Promoter a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable right and licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to any materials contained in the entry (including but not limited to text, images or video materials) (the “Materials”) worldwide and/or to incorporate the Materials in other works in any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in the Materials. By submitting Materials to the competition, an entrant:
a. warrants that the Materials are its own original work and that it has the right to make them available for all the purposes specified above; that it does not infringe any law; that it is not obscene or libellous; and that it does not violate the rights of any third party;
b. agrees to indemnify the Promoter against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred as a result of a breach of the above warranty; and
c. agrees to waive any moral rights in the Materials for the purposes of its submission to, and publication by, the Promoter and the purposes specified above.
Personal Information
Any personal information provided to the Promoter during the entry process (including but not limited to your name, e-mail address, telephone number and date of birth) must be correct. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any incorrect personal information provided to it.
The determination and decision of the Promoter on all matters shall be final and no promotional correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right in its reasonable discretion: 5.1 to disqualify any claimant, competitor or nominee whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of the rules or the intention of the promotion and to declare as void any or all of their claims or entries based on such conduct; 5.2 to declare as void any claims or entries resulting from any printing, production and/or distribution errors (including but not limited to any error(s) on any website of the Promoter, any game cards and/or other printed materials) or where there has been error(s) in any aspect of the preparation for or conduct of the promotion materially affecting the result of the promotion or the number of claimants or the value of claims;
5.3 to add to or to waive any rules on reasonable notice; and/or
5.4 to cancel the promotion or any part of it at any stage in the event of circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.
No entries will be accepted in bulk, from agents or third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law (and subject to paragraph 37 below), the Promoter hereby excludes all warranties, representations, covenants and liabilities (whether express or implied) relating to this Promotion and/or the Prize.
The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any social media platform or any other third party. All third-party trademarks and other intellectual property rights are hereby acknowledged. Use of and entry to promotions via social media platforms is always subject to the rules, terms and policies of those platforms. By participating in the Promotion, entrants are providing information to the Promoter, not to any relevant social media platform. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the relevant social media platforms shall have no liability to any person in connection with or arising out of the Promotion howsoever caused, including for any costs, expenses, damages, and other liabilities.
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the Promoter or Jet2holiday’s liability for: (i) death or personal injury as a result of its negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion should virus, bugs, tampering, fraud or other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter corrupt or hinder the administration, security or proper play of the Promotion.
If any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part that part shall be severed from the remainder of the provisions and the validity of the other provisions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that residents of Scotland may also bring proceedings in the Scottish courts.

Jet2 Holidays Limited (company number 04472486) of Low Fare Finder House Leeds, Bradford Airport, Yeadon, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS19 7TU is the provider of the Prize and the Discount Code and is responsible for the supply, provision and fulfilment of all Prizes and Discount Codes (“Jet2holidays”).
